E Tech Group, a leading engineering and system integration firm, seeks an Operations Excellence Engineer to drive workflow optimization and continuous improvement across automation projects. You will ensure adherence to CSIA Best Practices, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting quality assurance, compliance, or continuous improvement in an engineering or project-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in automation or regulated industries with knowledge of ISO 9001 and CSA.
• Experience supporting automation and control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI).

Responsibilities

• Ensure workflows meet quality policies, CSIA Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence, tool efficiency, root-cause analysis, and CAPA support.
• Maintain Business Unit quality processes for traceability and deliverable quality.
• Represent the Business Unit for audits, including preparation, participation, and follow-up.
• Foster quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives including policy and procedure reviews.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and expectations.
• Assist in improving LMS quality and effectiveness.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer across teams.
