Job summary

Accelleron Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Process Improvement professional to lead continuous improvement projects in the reman center, analyzing performance data and driving solutions that boost productivity, quality, and safety. You will collaborate across departments to align with safety, efficiency, and customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities include building project pipelines, presenting to Management, and supporting CAPEX budgets while fostering a culture of improvement and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD systems and advanced Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Dynamics).
• ERP familiarity preferred (SAP S4/Hana or similar).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing/remanufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, execute, sustain, and standardize process improvement projects to enhance productivity while meeting safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Build a pipeline of process improvement projects and document results for Management Team.
• Pilot and report on performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical support to operational teams, including analyses, process development, and training.
• Apply problem-solving methods and tools to drive continuous improvement and safety.
