Job summary

Jobtailor in New York City seeks a technical product manager who will own requirements and specs across Payments, Fraud, Support, Finance, and CRM. You will collaborate with engineering and business teams to design scalable solutions and monitor KPIs.

You are a Python-savvy generalist with 1–3 years of experience, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced US tech environment. French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must have a degree from a top-tier French engineering school with 1–3 years of professional experience.
  • Eligible for the V.I.E. program (EU citizen, under 28 at departure).
  • Proficient in Python and able to write scripts, develop internal tools, interact with APIs.
  • Genuine generalist with both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation.
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a US tech company or French scale-up is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to design scalable solutions to operational challenges.
  • Monitor platform performance and KPIs, flag risks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Build internal tools and automate repetitive processes to boost team productivity.
  • Document systems, processes, and technical specifications clearly and systematically.
