Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, manufacturing, and maintenance functions to promote proactive safety cultures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product introductions, tooling updates, and equipment validations.
• Analyze production metrics and quality data to drive corrective actions and improvements.
