In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with production, sales, tooling, quality, and operations teams to develop high-quality products, improve manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed part drawings for customers and production.
• Create, revise, and manage CAD drawings with document control.
• Support product design, prototype development, and tooling design.
• Collaborate with CNC programming and machining teams to optimize production.
• Analyze specifications and determine tooling, materials, and methods.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
• Maintain quality records and support QA activities.
