Job summary

You will work with shift managers and cross-functional teams to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals, supporting 24x7 operations and traveling up to 10% for training at other First Solar locations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and 5S standards.
• Translate strategy into actionable daily/weekly/monthly deliverables.
• Coordinate production activities across crews and support departments.
• Lead action items to remove constraints for 24x7 operations.
• Support safety, quality and throughput improvements.
• Provide training to supervisors and technicians.
