Downhole Chemical Solutions seeks an Operations Engineer to support field operations and DriFlow growth in Midland, TX. The role includes a 3‑month rotational development program and progression to Operations Engineer I with strong career growth within our ESOP company.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and willingness to relocate to Midland with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science from an accredited university in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Willingness to relocate to Midland, TX and travel up to 25% to support DCS operations.
• Less than 1 year of field experience desired; internship or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth delivery of DriFlow and other products.
• Participate in a 3‑month rotational development program across multiple departments.
• Transition into Operations Engineer I after development with growth opportunities within the company.
