Qualifications

• 1-3 years Carpentry - framing, finishing, painting (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clean, lubricate, repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Clean and prepare work sites to eliminate hazards.
• Repair and install plumbing fixtures: faucets, drains, water closets, valves.
• Repair and install lighting: bulbs, ballast, fixtures, LED drivers.
• Read work orders and input data into the CMMS.
• Repair and assemble office and room furniture.
• Operate mechanical systems, read gauges, thermometers, HVAC systems.
• Repair and install electrical equipment: outlets, switches, breakers, motors.
