Atkore International in Hobart, Indiana, is seeking an Operations Engineer to standardize procedures, define standard production rates, and ensure BOM/Routing accuracy. The role focuses on efficiency, uptime, and cost-improvement projects, reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, with lean manufacturing experience preferred and JD Edwards experience a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $76,160 - $104,720. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
