Job summary

Big Apple Window Company is seeking disciplined, safety-focused Rope Access Technicians to join our elite High-Rise Division. This is not seasonal work.

We are looking for professionals who take pride in their craft, follow strict safety protocols, and want to grow with the industry leader. We offer top-tier pay with overtime, paid holidays and sick leave, paid recertification for SPRAT and OSHA, and full gear including PPE.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT or IRATA Level I certification.
• OSHA 30 Construction card (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with high-rise window cleaning or facade maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License (Preferred). Zero tolerance for drug/alcohol use.

• Salary: $35 - $55 per hour (based on experience) + Overtime
