Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant operational leadership experience at a company of meaningful scale, with a clear growth trajectory.
• Track record in complex project delivery in healthcare, advanced/high-tech manufacturing, or higher education.
• Ability to read financial and project reporting and translate into decisions with budget/margin focus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with disciplined, strategic work.
• Experience influencing peers and senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across the business, establishing standards, cadence, and reporting.
• Identify risk early by analyzing project reporting and performance trends.
• Partner with Market Leaders and Project Executives for oversight, pattern recognition, and support.
• Contribute to the pursuit of new work by shaping operational approaches.
• Build the operational infrastructure needed for future scale.
• Collaborate with finance on budget discipline and margin performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and systems.
• Develop and mentor operational talent across markets.
