Job summary

DISA Tech seeks a Director of Operations to lead Casper, WY campus. You will own end-to-end production and unit delivery, guiding engineering handoffs, BOM, and quality controls while directing supply chain, technicians, and project teams.

The role reports to the President and shapes safety culture and external-facing relations. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in scaling equipment manufacturing or industrial tech operations, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in

Qualifications

• Experience scaling equipment manufacturing or industrial technology operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional production and project teams.
• Track record implementing quality systems (NCR/CAPA, FAT, inspection).
• Experience with engineering-to-operations handoffs and BOM processes.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and safety/compliance ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for Casper campus and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Manage production, supply chain, technicians, and project management.
• Oversee safety, quality culture, 5S, and compliance ownership.
• Coordinate design-to-build handoffs and BOM accuracy with Engineering.
• Track performance via KPIs; conduct weekly operations reviews.
• Represent operations with customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor relationships, procurement strategy, and inventory levels.
• Drive continuous improvement through project controls and risk tracking.
