Job summary

Boutique Recruiting in Roswell, GA is seeking an Operations Director for a growing food and beverage producer. You will lead production, packaging, and engineering, own the plant's supply chain, and oversee demand forecasting.

This onsite role offers a defined path toward Chief Operating Officer as the business scales. You will work hands-on on the floor, drive operational efficiency, uphold quality systems, including ISO and GMP, and partner with leadership to expand into national retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations leadership.
• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with demand forecasting, supply chain management, and production planning.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work directly with equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, packaging, and engineering leadership.
• Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities across the plant.
• Own demand forecasting, production planning, and supply chain operations.
• Improve operational efficiency and refine manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on involvement on the production floor.
• Maintain quality systems, including quality control and GMP/ISO familiarity.
