Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers and manage customer relationships across the network. You will be responsible for aligning operations with strategic goals, optimizing performance, and ensuring service excellence for key clients.

You will collaborate with General Managers, Operations Managers, and frontline Supervisors to drive growth, develop teams, and maintain high standards of accountability within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience within supply chain is required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in strategy development, operations management, or organization design.
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic supply chain role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of performance and results through your teams.
• Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group.
• Lead multiple teams and support their professional development at all levels.
• Develop a strong network across DHL Supply Chain’s functional departments.
