Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers and drive performance, customer relationships, and growth across the network.

The role requires a strong background in supply chain leadership, strategic planning, and team development, with a focus on process excellence and cross-functional collaboration. A MBA and extensive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of experience within supply chain required.
• 3+ years in strategy development/operations/organization design required.
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic supply chain role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of performance and results across multiple distribution centers.
• Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group.
• Lead multiple teams and support professional development at all levels.
• Develop a strong network across DHL Supply Chain’s functional departments.
• Be a key member of the management team of the largest global supply chain company.
• Access a wide range of development and educational programs for leaders.
