Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Director of Operations to lead facility performance, budgeting and people development in a fast-paced environment. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams, and mentor leaders to achieve KPIs while preserving profitability.

Travel domestically and internationally is required. A valid driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in a 3PL or apparel/footwear pick and pack environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall facility performance and KPIs.
• Manage staffing, budgets and P&L for assigned facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients.
• Develop and mentor direct reports and ensure succession planning.
• Plan vacations and resource scheduling with leadership input.
• Facilitate risk management, safety, and quality standards.
• Partner with business development for client growth and integration.
