Job summary

Truly Good Foods, a family- and women-owned snacks manufacturer, seeks a Director of Operations in Charlotte, NC. You will lead manufacturing end-to-end, drive continuous improvement, and own safety, quality, cost, and capex planning.

A two-year path to senior leadership supports growth and strategic impact. Responsibilities include delivering plan attainment, leading a cross-functional SLT, building a strong plant-ops bench, and guiding capital projects while ensuring GMP, food safety, and OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership in manufacturing.
• Food, beverage, or CPG experience strongly preferred; distribution/logistics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own plan attainment, throughput, yield, quality, and cost across all manufacturing lines.
• Dual reporting relationship with COO and President; seat on Senior Leadership Team.
• Build and mentor plant supervisors; implement succession plans.
• Drive continuous improvement (lean/Six Sigma) and manage operations budget.
• Capex project assessment, equipment reliability, capacity planning.
