Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in food manufacturing.
• Full P&L accountability experience.
• Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations across production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and people.
• Experience in frozen, refrigerated, or temperature-controlled food manufacturing strongly preferred.
• SQF, HACCP, USDA, FDA, or GFSI knowledge.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-performance environment a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be able to present operational and financial performance to executive leadership.

PE-backed food manufacturing operation specializing in boutique, high-touch, handmade food products. The Atlanta-area facility is the company's largest industrial site with 175 hourly workers. High-mix, low-volume environment that demands flexibility, speed, and adaptability. SQF certified. Strong food safety and quality teams already in place. The company is mid-restructuring and building toward a more integrated, performance-driven organization.

• Single-site experience is fine. Multi-site background is not needed or preferred.
