Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a leadership/operations role.

Responsibilities

• Direct and implement company policy to ensure contract responsibilities and profitability.
• Expand business within Strategic Accounts / Clients; negotiate with customers and reduce operating costs.
• Direct operations through subordinate managers to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe work environment with comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., FLSA, OSHA, ADA).
• Manage budgets and staff; provide leadership over regional directors; recruit and train employees.
• Contribute to development and implementation of company goals and strategic vision.
• Travel is required for this position.
