Job summary

Living Classrooms Foundation in Baltimore seeks an Operations Director for Project SERVE to oversee day-to-day field operations, staffing, logistics, and program delivery. You will ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality services for justice-involved participants through strong operational leadership and cross-department collaboration.

Working with the Program Director of Case Management Services and Workforce Development Administrator, you will align operations with grant requirements,

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in operations management or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and field-based teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting systems.
• Experience implementing SOPs and continuous quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, logistics, equipment use, and worksite supervision.
• Ensure field operations align with policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Monitor and resolve operational challenges impacting service delivery.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align field schedules with meetings, training sessions, and requirements.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and monitoring of equipment and tools for staff and participants.
• Support grant compliance responsibilities and performance reporting.
