You will manage budgets, drive access and capacity, and align clinician engagement with operational goals, while maintaining compliance and high patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field is required.
• Typically requires several years of operational leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to drive performance improvement across multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations to ensure consistent execution of service line, divisional, and enterprise priorities.
• Exercises direct operational authority, with service line leadership, to establish plans, set performance expectations, and implement management routines across practices.
• Accounts for adherence to operating and labor budgets, monitors performance, identifies risks, and directs corrective actions to meet financial and operational targets.
• Drives integration across care settings and specialties to improve access, capacity, growth, and operational consistency.
• Monitors KPIs, including throughput, quality, experience, and financial metrics, and leads responses to performance trends and location initiatives.
