Keller Executive Search is recruiting for an Operations Director on behalf of a consumer electronics and home appliance client in California. You will lead daily operations across warehouse, fulfillment and service teams.

The role requires 7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 in management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of inventory, import and distribution. You will set metrics, coach managers and drive cost controls.

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per year
