Job summary

Onterris Payroll, LLC is seeking an Operations Services Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region to lead operational support across environmental consulting programs in Central Colorado. You will optimize staffing, scheduling, equipment readiness, and field coordination to ensure safe, compliant and profitable project delivery.

This role requires strong judgment, program management discipline, and the ability to build clear processes, dashboards and accountability in a high-volume client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in environmental consulting, oil and gas services, or operational program support.
• Experience with large, fast-changing environmental field programs and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead project delivery from intake to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated resource planning, field scheduling, and personnel allocation across program projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Field Coordinators to match staff with changing client priorities.
• Partner with Resource Management and staffing teams to support consulting segment needs.
• Establish and manage project intake, scope review, and go/no-go processes before accepting work.
• Develop operational dashboards and forecasts covering staffing demand and utilization.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor readiness, equipment rentals, and external resources.
