The Role

Operations & Project Management

• Manage day-to-day operations including reporting, data entry, and general project support
• Coordinate and execute projects with multiple stakeholders and complex processes
• Ensure smooth execution of deliverables while navigating ambiguity

Data & Reporting

• Own weekly metrics reporting with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Perform data quality assurance checks before sharing reports and presentations
• Create clean, presentable slides and data visuals for stakeholders

Stakeholder & Ad Hoc Support

• Provide timely updates and communications to internal stakeholders
• Support on miscellaneous tasks that arise across the team

The Requirements

• Experience working with Excel, especially with large data sets
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing shifting priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Must be able to work in PST timezone

The Compensation

• ₱60,000 to ₱80,000/month
