Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 4–8 years preferred.
• Expert SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, windows), Hive/Hadoop environments.
• Tableau dashboards, data modeling, UX design; Alteryx workflows and automation.
• Strong knowledge of call center operations, metrics, forecasting, and telephony platforms.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical methods to solve operational problems and reveal trends.
• Translate complex findings into clear visuals and actionable insights.
• Build scalable data models and workflows; ensure data quality and fixes.
• Collaborate with Operations, WFM, Technology and project teams to drive initiatives.
