Job summary

Credit One Bank is seeking an Operations Data Analyst I to support the growth of the organization from its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on improving customer service standards by analyzing data from diverse systems and processes to optimize operations and enhance the card member experience.

The ideal candidate will collect, consolidate, analyze, and visualize data using Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau; deliver operational reports; and collaborate with analytics peers to drive actionable

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in research or analytics environment, including programming, data mining, analysis, and reporting
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau

Responsibilities

Prepare operational reports by collecting, interpreting, evaluating, and summarizing information and trends
Recommend systems improvements to senior management based on analysis
Conduct internal stakeholder research to support strategic planning
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of changes
Perform other duties as assigned
