Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with document scanning and data entry.
• Familiarity with a case management system (Salesforce, INS Zoom, Tracker, Law Logix).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective mail processing and data entry for internal clients.
• Update and maintain records in the case management system and databases.
• Scan, file, mail and maintain physical files and supporting docs.
• Open/close records in the case management system and manage statuses.
• Assist with general administrative duties and task follow-ups with clients.
• Collaborate with team across departments to ensure timely processing.
