Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to drive resource reporting and analytics across multiple clients and workstreams. You will ensure data accuracy, deliver timely insights, and support planning with a focus on efficiency and strategic decision-making.

You will partner with operations teams to monitor variances, leverage AI tools for forecasting, and communicate complex results to leadership. A quantitative background and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, analytics, project management, resource management, or finance roles; consulting or agency background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation; strong data handling skills.

• Manage weekly data across all clients and resources.
• Consolidate and integrate reports across multiple sources.
• Support scope planning, client deadlines, and weekly reviews with regular reporting on pacing and staffing.
• Partner with resource and operations managers to understand project variances and collaborate across departments.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for leadership stakeholders.
• Assist with client-facing reports and meetings as needed.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve forecasting, surface seasonality insights, and automate reporting.
• Promote responsible AI use with appropriate financial oversight and business judgment.
• Maintain data accuracy across resource, financial, and client systems.
• Meet deadlines and communicate issues promptly.
• Work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
