As an Operations Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and supply chain activities. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, aiding in logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and production processes. Your contributions will help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting organizational success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and support order management activities.

  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.

  • Contribute to inventory tracking and optimization efforts.

  • Support warehousing tasks, including packaging and storage.

  • Participate in demand planning and inventory level analysis.

  • Assist with basic procurement and purchasing activities.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards in assigned areas.

  • Help coordinate production schedules and release processes.

  • Maintain operational documents and records accurately.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.


Skills:

  • Order Processing: Understanding of order management systems and practices.

  • Logistics Coordination: Basic knowledge of logistical operations and transportation.

  • Inventory Control: Skills in tracking and optimizing inventory levels.

  • Warehousing Practices: Familiarity with warehousing processes and procedures.
