As an Operations Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and supply chain activities. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, aiding in logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and production processes. Your contributions will help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting organizational success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Process orders and support order management activities.
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Contribute to inventory tracking and optimization efforts.
Support warehousing tasks, including packaging and storage.
Participate in demand planning and inventory level analysis.
Assist with basic procurement and purchasing activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards in assigned areas.
Help coordinate production schedules and release processes.
Maintain operational documents and records accurately.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Skills:
Order Processing: Understanding of order management systems and practices.
Logistics Coordination: Basic knowledge of logistical operations and transportation.
Inventory Control: Skills in tracking and optimizing inventory levels.
Warehousing Practices: Familiarity with warehousing processes and procedures.
Data Analysis: Ability to support demand planning and inventory analysis.
Procurement Basics: Understanding of procurement processes and supplier interactions.
Quality Assurance: Skills in maintaining quality standards and practices.
Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and collaborative skills.
