Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to support client inquiries about PCG systems, time studies, and reports. You will handle email and phone requests, ensuring timely and professional responses and monthly/quarterly data reporting.

Collaboration with client contacts and the internal team is essential to collect roster data, perform updates, analyze results, and document processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in office settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in business or related field.
• 2–3 years in office environment; MS Office experience required.
• Customer service experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle client service requests via email and phone; produce reports.
• Coordinate data collection and monthly/quarterly system updates.
• Analyze results and provide feedback to clients and PMs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
