Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent customer experience with efficient, timely resolutions.
• Resolve orders, SPO, and vendor shipments for online orders.
• Research and resolve customer questions across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot with store leadership and vendors to find solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists to meet company goals.
• Manage e-commerce orders domestic and international.
• Assist in scheduling store Studio experiences and post-sale order management.
• Generate FedEx intercepts, returns, claims as needed.
