Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
  • Must be familiar with MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel; Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Schedule and prioritize work orders to ensure timely fulfillment of customer and internal requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse staff, transportation, and internal departments.
  • Monitor workflow and reassign resources as needed to meet volume and deadline requirements.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries and verifying documentation.
  • Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage; resolve discrepancies with suppliers or carriers.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and carrier compliance.
  • Track shipments and follow up on delays, damages, or delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, shipments, inventory transactions, and adjustments.
  • Support audits by providing documentation and explanations of warehouse processes.

The Warehouse Coordinatorassistswith inbound and outbound shipments, checks materials for accuracy and damage,maintainsaccuraterecords, and helps resolve shipping, inventory, and documentation issues while following established procedures and safety guidelines.
