Operations Coordinator- SAP/Excel Focus- Hybrid

Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract, possible extension opportunity, as a Operations Coordinator- SAP/Excel Focus within the Utilities industry to join our client, Hybrid, to report to any of their office locations in PA.

• $24/hr. max hourly rate
• 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
• You must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process and manage service transactions in SAP (including ZM20 terminations and ZC79 move-outs) to ensure accurate and timely account updates
• Investigate and resolve inactive flat-rate sewer-only premises, identifying discrepancies and supporting billing accuracy
• Execute daily consecutive estimate reporting, maintaining data integrity and providing insights to support operations
• Perform high-volume data entry and tracking using Excel and internal systems, ensuring attention to detail and compliance with procedures
• Provide operational and customer service support by responding to inquiries, resolving account issues, and collaborating with internal teams

Who You Are

• HS Diploma or GED required
