The Ops Coordinator, Rehab Patient Services reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Operations Coordinator, Rehab Patient Services is responsible for registration and scheduling activities of multiple outpatient Rehabilitation Services Clinics in consultation with the Rehab Patient Services Manager, clinical leadership team, and/or clinical staff. Assists the Rehab Patient Services Manager in the supervision, hiring, training, teaching, coaching, and scheduling of front office staff in their assigned RS clinics. The Operations Coordinator has comprehensive knowledge of Rehabilitation Services patient needs and works to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling and registration for efficient delivery of care, including problem resolution. This position will support the Rehab Patient Services Manager in projects involving CPT and ICD coding and health insurance patient billing. The position is an integral part of the practice leadership team.
