Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional, administrative or managerial experience in public administration or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management or public administration may substitute for up to two years of required experience.
• Graduate degree may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to, housekeeping staff. Acts as liaison between program managers and their staff to ensure effective work flow.
• Reviews and analyzes data concerning assigned agency programs to determine progress and effectiveness.
• Develops and implements procedures and guidelines to accomplish assigned agency program objectives.
• Oversee the mail room and coordinate space agreements as needed.
• Maintain liaison with various private, local, state and federal agencies to exchange information.
