Select Water Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator in Colorado to support daily processes in the Trucking/Industrial unit. You will monitor workflows, prepare reports, and help implement efficiency improvements in a fast-paced office.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm; pay ranges between $25 and $27 per hour, non-exempt, with full benefits. A 2–4 year related experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
• Implements procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency.
