A dynamic university is seeking an Operations Coordinator to facilitate student tours and admissions processes. The position involves overseeing student staff, providing customer service, and maintaining communication with campus partners. The Operations Coordinator serves as a front line staff member, supporting the supervision of student staff, responding to admission inquiries, and providing administrative support to the Office of Admission. This position is the first point of contact for prospective students and families, managing the campus visit check-in process by providing excellent customer service and serving as a knowledgeable admission representative. The Operations Coordinator coordinates the scheduling and coordination of group tours, including communication with campus partners and student tour guides. This position is charged to represent the University mission to prospective students, parents, counselors, donors, and other visitors as a University ambassador.

This is a Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hour per week position.
Expected Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
The above pay range reflects what Pepperdine University reasonably expects to pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
