Job summary

TK Elevator in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Operations Coordinator for New Installation/Modernization to support branch operations with efficient administrative workflows. You will manage turnover approvals, input data into JobSight, coordinate payroll-related tasks, maintain reports, process permits, and prepare project documentation and packages for field teams.

The role requires at least six months of related admin experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to handle diverse

Qualifications

• Six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration
• High school diploma or GED (general education degree); or one-year certificate from college or technical school
• Previous elevator repair administrative work, preferred
• Budget-conscious, preferred
• System database knowledge

Responsibilities

• Sends turnover approval requests to turnover mailbox for all jobs scheduled for final inspection
• Inputs final acceptance forms into JobSight and notifies appropriate personnel
• Tracks jobs with New Installation Maintenance and coordinates with Sales Contract Administrator
• Prepares certified payroll packages and submits them to the Regional Certified Payroll Administrator
• Creates and logs project files and prepares related packages for field teams
