Job summary

TK Elevator in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Coordinator for New Installation/Modernization to coordinate administrative duties across branch operations.

The role involves payroll prep, scheduling inspections, tracking permits, and maintaining JobSight data, with a focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Candidates should have at least 6 months related experience, a high school diploma, and comfort with systems databases; elevator industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED (general education degree); or one-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Previous elevator repair administrative work, preferred.
• System database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sends turnover approval requests for final inspections and maintains calendars.
• Inputs final acceptance forms into JobSight and notifies stakeholders.
• Tracks New Installation Maintenance audit reports and shares with the team.
• Reviews booking packages for terms and conditions, payroll, and warranties.
• Prepares payroll documentation and maintains expense receipts.
• Schedules final inspections and completes project closeout documentation.
