NRG Energy, including its Vivint Smart Home subsidiary, seeks an Operations Coordinator to strengthen the Marketing team’s backbone. You’ll own governance docs, run operational reporting, and coordinate cross-functional logistics to keep work aligned and transparent.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Process- and systems-oriented; enjoys building structure and scalable tools.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain governance documentation, playbooks, and process templates.
• Track operational metrics and dashboard reporting to support data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate recurring operational meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for aligned execution.
• Manage tools, templates, and workflow systems across the team.
• Maintain operational tools (Airtable, Asana) including workspace structure and data hygiene.
• Build dashboards and tools for resource tracking and capacity planning.
• Ensure adherence to processes and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Project Managers to improve systems.
