Job summary

The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing contracts, distributing audio/video messages and surveys, gathering and formatting data, updating the SharePoint site, and providing administrative support through meetings and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts in Schneider’s contract management system.
• Coordinate and distribute audio/video messages and surveys to drivers.
• Handle data gathering, interpreting, formatting and distribution to support operations leaders.
• Add regular updates to the operations department SharePoint site.
• Authorize truck and trailer wash requests.
• Provide administrative support through coordinating meetings, ordering and stocking office supplies and making and distributing copies.
• Prepare presentations and correspondences.
