Project Manager II - Marketing Operations

Location: Remote Nationally

Duration: 12 Months

Project Overview

This role is for a PM on our Scaled Web team, supporting all campaign project management across the Business.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead cycle workstream, collaborate with stakeholders and align projects to team roadmap
• Organize projects through documentation (excel, spreadsheets), triaging projects between marketing and other XFN teams.
• Define and drive success metrics and key performance indicators along with cross-functional partners.
• Articulate the roadmap, goals, milestones, and requirements for different projects.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise in web technology, learning management systems, sales enablement, and business education.
• Manage an agile sprint system for quick, release-based web development.
• Familiarity with Software Engineering platforms
• Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Prevent surprises in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reporting of progress, risks and blockers to senior management

Mandatory Skills

• 3 years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, strong communication and reporting as needed, oversight of project trackers and ensuring accuracy over sprints.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or business management or comparable field is preferred
• Technical experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum based project management

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $46.00/Hr - USD $51.00/Hr.
