Job summary

Christianson CPAs & Consultants seeks an Operations Coordinator to support leadership with administrative excellence, project coordination, and strategic thinking. You will help manage schedules, travel logistics, proposals, and client communications while ensuring confidential materials are handled securely.

Qualifications

  • Associate of Arts Degree required, with no specific field of study preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff.
  • Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with remote and in-office teams based in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • The ideal candidate is seeking a fun, positive culture and has a dynamic personality.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, including team management & logistics, including travel
  • Assist in preparation tasks for new and existing clients
  • Plan, track, and manage team goals, project timelines, training, licensing, travel, expense reports, and new information
  • Complete forms, reports, and collect signatures
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Evaluate the potential for process problems and develop solutions
  • Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring that materials are current, properly filed, and stored
  • Communicate with clients regarding needs, if necessary
  • Assist in proposals and billing
  • Be an active participant in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm
