• Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents.
• Support audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.
• Serve as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Position Overview

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator located in Wheeling, IL. The role is fully on‑site and supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production activities, maintaining accurate records, ensuring workflow efficiency, and working closely with production, maintenance, logistics, planning, and management.

Hourly Pay Range: $24.00/hr – $36.00/hr

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Schedule: Bi‑Weekly

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Assist with real‑time problem solving to maintain operational flow.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents.
• Enter data into SAP.
• Support audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.
• Comply with all Wieland policies and environmental standards and report all incidents and near‑misses immediately.
• Serve as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and elevate issues as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
