• Completion of college-level coursework in supply chain management, logistics, business, or similar.
• Understanding of international freight and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP, etc.).
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Asana, or similar systems.

Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide critical support across fulfillment operations, procurement, inventory management, customer support, and business analytics. You will support day-to day fulfillment and inventory operations, helping ensure products are received, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time. You will coordinate with vendors and fulfillment partners, monitor inventory levels, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records that support reliable execution. Thesuccessful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy solvingproblems, working with data, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to multiple business functions and provides the opportunity to learn how supply chain operations, procurement, customer support, data analytics, and business processes work together to deliver results. You will collaborate closely with operations, program, andvendor partners while supporting both day-to-day execution and continuous improvement initiatives.This role is ideal for someone looking to build or expand their career in operations. You may be a currentstudent pursuing a degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field, or you may bringrelevant industry experience from logistics, fulfillment, procurement, customer support, manufacturing,warehousing, retail operations, or other operational environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis
