National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks an organized logistics administrator to support day-to-day operations in Manassas, VA. You will manage data entry, coordinate project work streams, and align teams to meet schedules and performance commitments.

Responsibilities include gathering information from team members, updating external systems, and assisting with market and project management tasks.

Formación

• 1-3 years of previous experience in telecommunications is preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Associate degree, Real Estate license, or equivalent work experience.

• Updating and organizing operational data via data entry in external systems and shared drives.
• Work with managers on day-to-day coordination of projects and job work flows.
• Collect and consolidate information from multiple team members to drive tasks to completion.
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to work independently on open action items and drive to completion.
• Division Specific Special Tasks may be assigned as needed.
• Gathering close-out package information and consolidating via data entry may be required as needed.
• Providing market support to project management team may be required as needed.
• Oversee local market schedule and ensure proper employee assignment.
• Assist with scheduling team events.

This position ensures smooth day-to-day business operations by managing logistics, coordinating teams, and providing administrative support. This individual will closely monitor logistics and data in defining requirements/solutions for the operation and ensuring that performance commitments are met. Special projects may be assigned as well as other tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

$65,000 - $85,000 a year

NTI provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and retirement savings options. For Union employees, pay rates and benefit levels are determined by union classifications which are set by the union.
