The Operations Coordinator helps manage the day-to-day systems and logistics that allow CCR’s mediation programs to operate effectively.
This position combines program operations, volunteer coordination, court support, outreach implementation, onboarding, and process improvement. The Operations Coordinator will also maintain an active court mediation presence so that the role remains closely connected to the volunteers, courts, and communities CCR serves.
Regular court mediation and onsite support are expected approximately 2–3 days per week, with the possibility of additional court coverage depending on program needs.
This is an opportunity to combine mediation practice with meaningful program-building work. The Operations Coordinator will help strengthen the volunteer, court, outreach, and operational systems that allow CCR to expand access to mediation throughout Los Angeles County.
