ComForCare Home Care Las Vegas West – Veteran-Owned is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, onboarding, and client relations in our Las Vegas office.

You will coordinate recruiting, ensure compliance, and drive growth for veteran services, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing development opportunities.

• Support recruiting: screen candidates, schedule interviews, build caregiver pipeline.
• Manage caregiver performance, communication, and retention.
• Drive client satisfaction through communication with clients, families, and referral sources.
• Use Google Workspace to maintain organized operations.
• Contribute to growth goals by expanding veteran services in Las Vegas.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional on-call)

What You’ll Do

• Own caregiver scheduling to ensure full coverage with zero gaps.
• Lead onboarding and compliance processes (fingerprints, physicals, TB tests, CPR, etc.) to keep us audit‑proof.
• Support recruiting: screen candidates, schedule interviews, and build a strong caregiver pipeline.
• Manage caregiver performance, communication, and retention proactively.
• Drive client satisfaction through excellent communication with clients, families, and referral sources.
• Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) to maintain organized, efficient operations.
• Contribute to our growth goals — especially expanding veteran services in Las Vegas.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a home care or senior care office setting (required).
• Strong track record as a self‑starter who is proactive rather than reactive.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Passion for serving veterans and seniors.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
