ComForCare Home Care Las Vegas West – Veteran-Owned is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional on-call, focuses on caregiver scheduling, onboarding, recruiting support, and proactive caregiver management.

You will ensure coverage with zero gaps, maintain audit-ready processes, and drive client satisfaction while supporting growth of veteran services in the Las Vegas area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a home care or senior care office setting is required.
• Must be a self-starter who is proactive.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own caregiver scheduling to ensure full coverage with zero gaps.
• Lead onboarding and compliance processes (fingerprints, physicals, TB tests, CPR, etc.).
• Support recruiting: screen candidates, schedule interviews, build a caregiver pipeline.
• Manage caregiver performance, communication, and retention.
• Drive client satisfaction through clear communication with clients, families, and referral sources.
• Use Google Workspace to maintain organized operations.
• Contribute to growth goals, especially expanding veteran services in Las Vegas.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
