Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a hybrid role in the United States to coordinate field personnel allocation and readiness for offshore activities. The role involves after-hours and weekend on-call support and collaboration with operations teams to assure equipment and personnel preparedness.

The ideal candidate has oilfield experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain passports and visas for international travel.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years oilfield experience and/or one year of personnel logistics experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Must be able obtain/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Participates in HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate personnel travel, immigration, training, certification, competency, and deployment documentation requirements.
• Monitor personnel training, certification, competency, travel, and immigration compliance; assist with mobilization activities.
• Monitor systems preventive maintenance and disbursing data to management and offshore teams.
• Communicate with other business groups to ensure parts, tools, and system needs are met.
• Monitor Inventory Management for each system, including cycle counts and accuracy.
• Monitor audit process and ensure audits are closed out timely.
• Assist Operations with closure of non-conformances.
• Assist Operations Managers with allocating personnel for Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities.
• Organize teams in support of operational excellence initiatives.
• Conduct periodic site visits.

As directed by the SSR Operations Manager, coordinate personnel allocation and utilization to support operational requirements. Assist with field personnel coordination, operational equipment readiness, and operational support activities.

This is a U.S.-based hybrid position requiring occasional travel and participation in an on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Under the direction of the Operations Manager, works closely with Operations functions to coordinate personnel travel, immigration, training, certification, competency, and deployment documentation requirements while maintaining visibility of personnel readiness for assignment.
• Monitors personnel training, certification, competency, travel, and immigration compliance requirements and assists with personnel mobilization activities by coordinating deployment documentation and readiness requirements.
• Monitors systems preventive maintenance and disbursing data to management and offshore teams.
• Communicates with other business groups to ensure that all parts, tools, and system needs are met.
